  • Penetration testing

  • Vuln Pulse Scanning

  • Risk analysis

  • Security audits and compliance consulting

A separate written agreement or Statement of Work (SOW) will govern specific project terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our services.

You agree not to:

7. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due upon invoice receipt. Late payments may incur interest charges. For ongoing engagements, a retainer or milestone-based payments may apply as specified in the SOW.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

We provide our services “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees of complete security or that our services will detect or prevent all vulnerabilities, breaches, or threats.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Retrobyte Cybersecurity LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

  • Loss of profits, data, or reputation

  • Damages exceeding the total amount paid to us for the relevant services

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Retrobyte Cybersecurity LLC, its affiliates, and personnel from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of:

  • Your use of our services

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your violation of any rights of another party

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violation of these Terms or applicable laws. Upon termination, all outstanding fees are immediately due.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in United States of America, Florida.
